The Mullingar Concert Band, with conductor John Walsh at it’s helm, was launched in Autumn 2021 with the aim of encouraging adult musicians of varying standards to join together to play music, learn, socialise and have fun. It is a part of, but also a natural extension of the renowned Mullingar Town Band with many of it’s members having previously played with the Town Band over the years.
